Electric Kickspace heaters, also called toe space heaters are compact under cabinet heaters. They fit in the under the door of a standard kitchen or bathroom cabinet. They are a great option when wall space isn't available.
How do electric kickspace heaters work – cooler room air is pulled into the front grille heated up then pushed out of the other side of the grille. In you select in built-in thermostat than the controller will measure the incoming air, when the incoming air warms up enough the heater will shut off. If you select a wall thermostat the heater will turn on or off like any other home heating system.
Mounting tips: We recommend place your electric heater away from the sink or other place you may be standing in front of long periods of time because the hot air. Keep at least three foot clearance from furniture or other objects placed directly in front of kickspace heater.
Some of our electric heaters come with a fan delay relay, when the heater is turned off, the blower keeps running which helps to cool down the heating element. This type of heater comes equipped with an automatic over temperature protector that guards against overheating.
Controls: How do you want to control this heater? They can be controlled with an optional built-in or wall mounted thermostat which helps in regulating the room your temperature.
If you are replacing an existing electric heater double check the heater's voltage and unit dimensions. Kickspace heaters look similar but they come in different sizes and voltages.
