For orders shipping from our warehouse in New Hampshire we email you twice about your tracking number. The first one is from UPS software, Quantum View, with a subject line "UPS Tracking”. We also send a second email with tracking numbers and contact information the morning after your item has shipped. That email comes from "iapsales customer support” with a subject line "YOUR IAP ORDER HAS SHIPPED”.

If you did not receive an email tracking # for your order please email us at info@iapsales.com and we will respond back with the current ETA, or if your item did ship, will be happy to email you the tracking number.
