Iapsales LLC is an Authorized Dealer for Every Brand We Sell
Iapsales.com LLC was established in 2003 and is the sister company to
Innovative Air Products located in historical Exeter, NH. Innovative Air
Products was established 32 years ago as a manufacturer’s representative
dedicated to providing commercial heating, ventilation and air-conditioning
equipment to schools, hospitals, office buildings, factories, warehouses and

Iapsales.com LLC has the luxury of being a manufacture’s rep for some of
the same products Innovative Air Products Inc sells. Iapsales.com LLC continues
to supply the same customer service by becoming an authorized dealer for all the
products that it sells in addition to the items Innovative Air offers.
Being an Authorized Online Retailer allows us to provide you with a higher
level of protection for your goods and assures you the best possible service
We are an Authorized Internet Retailer for Qmark, Stelpro, Stiebel-Eltron
Qmark, Broan/Nutone, Soleus Air, Amba Towel Warmers, Aupu, E-Tech, Schaefer,
Reiker, Essick Air, Sunpentown, and Soleus Air
Why should you purchase from an Authorized Dealer?
1. You can count on your equipment's warranty being honored. All
manufactures make you go through paper work protocol, and some manufacturers
will only honor a request for service under warranty if the item was purchased
from an Authorized Retailer. You may be asked to show proof of purchase in the
form of a dated invoice from an Authorized Retailer.
2. You benefit because most manufacturers provide Authorized Retailers with
on-going product updates. As an authorized dealer / manufacturer representative,
we get product updates and the manufacturers make sure Authorized Retailers
learn how to set up and use their products. They also typically inform their
Authorized Retailers about any product recalls or modifications. You can count
on an Authorized Retailer to pass any important information they receive
directly on to you.
3. You can be sure your merchandise was intended to be sold in the U.S.
market and is not a "knockoff “. Knockoff units may look the same as those
intended to be sold in the U.S., but they may not meet the same performance
specifications. They're not likely to be UL listed, so they may be unsafe. They
may lack all or some of the accessories provided with U.S. models. They may be
difficult or even impossible to repair.
