Items that we stock will not be subject to a restocking fee as long as the item can go right back on our shelves as is and is ready for resale, less shipping costs. If the item was drop shipped from one of our suppliers/factories, a re-stocking fee will be assessed.

The following items may be returned for a refund without a restocking fee when they are items that have shipped from our warehouse:
- Merchandise that has not been removed from its original packing.
- Defective merchandise.
- Merchandise that was mis-packaged or was not shipped correctly.
- Merchandise that has not been installed.
Need to return Item?
All items need a "Return Authorization Form" to be returned back to iapsales. We will email, fax or mail the Return Authorization Form to you once requested. Please print the RMA and place it inside the double box or inside the manufacture's box if the item did not come with a

- All Items that were double boxed to you must be shipped back with a double box
- Customer is responsible for all freight charges to and from
- Items with free shipping promo will pay the actual shipping cost
- The total original invoice will be credited excluding freight and the restocking fee upon the return and inspection of merchandise
- All Items that are shipping from a factory and not from IAP's warehouse have a 25% restocking Fee regardless of condition ("factory polices not I.A.P's" policy
- Special Order Items are Not Returnable. All other items returned back to the factory or Master Distributorís warehouse have a 30 day return policy

Cancellations & Refusals
Most of the time we can handle your cancellation immediately, as long as the items has not shipped. If your order is to be shipped from one of our suppliers it may not be possible or you may incur restocking fees.
- If the item is on the loading dock, it can not be Canceled
- If the item has shipped and you cancel it during transit you are responsible for shipping charges from the factory and back to the factory plus a 25% restocking fee
- If you Refuse a package you will be charge shipping to and from, and if it ships from a factory it will incur an additional 25% restocking fee
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note: we will refund shipping costs only if
the return is a result of our error.
We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow 7-10 days for processing. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only. If you paid by check please allow an additional 14-21 days
for delivery of check via USPS.
