The Tempra 24 Plus is designed for one shower use in a northern climate and up to two showers in warmer southern climate depending on water pressure. The Space Saving Stiebel Tempra & Tempra  Plus Electric Tank-Less Water Heater is designed to supply hot water for a house, apartment and for certain commercial applications. Unlike a conventional storage type water heater, the Tempra tankless water heater does not store hot water; instead water is heated instantaneously as it flows through the unit, producing endless hot water. The Tempra 24 Plus features a digital temperature display and convenient dial selector which allows you to set the desired output water temperature at any level between 86° and 140°F (30° and 60°C). The Tempra 24 Plus will automatically sense the water flow rate and temperature, calculate how much power is needed to do the job, and will apply exactly that much power so it can precisely maintain the desired output temperature regardless of whether the flow rate changes or not. The result is the most precise temperature control of any tankless water heater on the market today. Please Note: Water Temperatures Above 125 Can Cause Severe Burns.   Thermostats should be set at 120°F or below to prevent possible injury. Homeowners with Hard Or High Mineral Content Water should call the factories tech support # 800.582.8423 to consult with them to see if they think a tankless will work with your application because high mineral count may caused damage to the unit. Damage To The Unit Caused By Scale Or High Mineral Count Is Not Covered Under The Warranty.

Advanced Flow Control Technology is now available on the Tempra Plus series models. This technology automatically adjusts the flow of water when the unit's sensors detect that the flow demand is exceeding the heater's capacity. ( Old model had to be manually adjusted ) Hinged Front Door: All Tempra Plus’s and The Tempra 24 all come with a hinged front door, eliminating the previously hard to get to screws on the top and bottom. Digital Temperature Display: The entire line of Tempra Plus series let you choose between the Fahrenheit or Celsius digital display. ( Old model had a Celsius Digital Display Only) Sophisticated thermostatic temperature control that constantly monitors the incoming flow of water and temperature to modulate power to the heating elements which maintains a precise, user-set temperature. Greater output water temperature: All Models have a greater output temperature to your desired level between 86 and 140°F (30 to 60°C).  Older models temperature range was between 86 and 125°F (30 to 52°C ).
